Hunter Marine has a program that will allow Hunter dealers to certify certain trade-ins similar to what is being done in the automoblie industry.

To qualify, the boat can't be older than five years, a complete inspection and systems check is performed by the dealer. In addition the boat must be surveyed by an accredited surveyor, all items noted by the surveyor must be remedied, and, finally, a complete detailing of the boat.

Once the boat has passed all of these steps the boat qualifies for a one year warranty.

Harbor North currently has a 2005 Hunter 38 that qualifies for the Certified Pre=owned program.

What this all means to the buyer is that you are assured that you are getting a boat that is in top notch condition backed by a one year warranty.
