The Bahama Wanders are now at the entrance Erie Canal 8/3/2007 waiting to have the mast lowered ready to travel through the canal. Sailing was difficult as the wind on Sunday was 25 kt but on the nose. Much tacking and only made it to Lorraine. Ed caught up by then. Then on to Cleveland, Fairport, Presque Isle (Erie), Dunkirk, and the entrance to the canal.

Although in communication with the person that would lower the masts, supposedly on Saturday decided they would have to wait until Monday. So they hung out at the entrance waiting for a 3 Dog Nite concert to begin. Tough life!
